i think it's a lovely and original background. if there was something in the foreground that was more in focus, it would make for a nice atmospheric image. ( not good with crit, sorry ^^; ) i like the touches of blue and pink.

i think you'll like it more if you pushed the contrast. especially around the light source; such as the area around the tree branches. strengthen the contrast there and that will be a good start.

also, wherever you main focal point is to be add a touch more detail there. and leave it at that. give the viewer a little something to look at.

:) really appreciate the crits.. thanx .. gotta try that.. i had initially worked in black and white.. then coloured it usin the colouriser .. but i looked flat.. needs more variation and details.. and also i am planning on a figure on the right..

it shows the raw talent you have.. the light coming from the background is really making its impact.. though i think, its largely dim to produce such a light... by adding more of bright areas in the upper left corner,from where the light is coming, IMO, the work will attain a perfect balance....
